Sarah Howells is well known to HTH following previous sell out shows as one half of South Wales indie-pop duo Paper Aeroplanes. This time we welcome her back with her new solo project ‘Bryde’. With brutal and direct lyricism and those unmistakable vocals, Bryde has brought Sarah’s high profile support from Radio 1’s Huw Stephens and a ‘Hottest Track’ accolade from the Sunday Times. She arrives armed with tracks from her forthcoming debut album ‘Like an Island’ as well as acclaimed songs from her 2 debut EPs.
Jessie Reid is an up and coming singer-songwriter from Shropshire. She combines fingerstyle and percussive guitar techniques with emotive, fragile and soulful vocal melodies to create a unique style of playing. Jessie has already in 2018 supported Bryde in Birmingham as well as sharing stages with Brooke Bentham, Ciaran Lavery, The Travelling Band and Charlotte Carpenter.
