Nine Below Zero are one of Britain's most enduring and electrifying rhythm and blues bands, renowned for their explosive live performances, infectious energy and unmistakable sound.
Formed in South London in 1977 by guitarist and vocalist Dennis Greaves, the band quickly established themselves as favourites on the thriving London pub rock circuit. With Mark Feltham's blistering harmonica playing at the forefront, their high-octane blend of blues, rock and R&B earned them a devoted following.
Their legendary debut album, Live at the Marquee (1980), captured the raw excitement of their performances and was followed by acclaimed studio albums Don't Point Your Finger and Third Degree.
Over the decades, Nine Below Zero have shared stages with some of music's biggest names, including The Who, The Kinks, Eric Clapton, Sting and Squeeze, while continuing to tour extensively throughout the UK and Europe.
Nearly five decades on, the band remain a formidable live attraction, combining exceptional musicianship with the same passion and intensity that made their name.
With Dennis Greaves and Mark Feltham still driving their signature sound, Nine Below Zero continue to deliver authentic, hard-hitting British rhythm and blues at its very best, proving that great music never loses its power.
